What payment terms apply to the booking?

A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within three working days after the booking. This deposit is required to confirm the reservation.The remaining balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival. You will receive a reminder email from us three days before the due date.For bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount is due within three working days after booking.The following payment methods are available:Free bank transferPayPal and credit card payment (each subject to a 4.99% transaction fee)

What are the cancellation terms?

We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for every booking. Which house rules apply?

The apartment may be occupied by a maximum of 4 guests plus 1 infant.Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.The legally required night-time quiet hours must be observed.One dog may be allowed in exceptional cases and only upon prior request. Other types of pets are not permitted.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The apartment is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-in is via a key safe, allowing for flexible arrival times.On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 11:00 am.For alternative check-in or check-out times, please contact us in advance. In any case, you are welcome to use the pool area before or after your stay, and—subject to coordination with the cleaning team—store your luggage.
