Beautifully renovated and newly furnished (except for the kitchen and bathroom) terrace apartment La Terraza Río y Mar with approx. 120 sqm of living space and 40 sqm terrace with new pergola for shade. From the terrace, the living/dining area, and both bedrooms, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Rio Salado to the sea and the El Palmar lighthouse. On very clear days, you can even see the silhouette of Africa.
Access to the apartment is at ground level via the underground car park or the pool area. The apartment has direct access to the pool, which is shared only by the 10 residential units in this small, well-maintained complex.
The entrance door opens onto the hallway, from which the large, fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with toilet, bathtub, large sink, and large walk-in shower are located on the left. On the right are the two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and double beds, each with a door to the terrace and sea view. The hallway leads into the spacious, light-filled living/dining area with 2 patio doors and sea view. From the living area, a modern glass staircase leads down to a large storage room.
The entire terrace can be flexibly shaded by a large pergola. The apartment is cooled and heated by central air conditioning.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. A small basic supply of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tabs for the first day is available to our guests.

Bed Linen & Towels
Fresh bed linen and towels (1 large bath towel + 1 medium towel) are included in the rental price for the specified number of people. If you are staying as a couple and would like both beds made up, this is possible at no extra cost.

Children's Equipment
We are happy to provide you with children's equipment consisting of a baby cot (60x120cm) and a high chair free of charge if required. If you need a second set of equipment, please contact us in advance.

Beach Equipment (€20 per item)
We offer our guests beach equipment, consisting of a parasol, a folding chair, and a large beach towel.

Workspace (€50 per item)
If required, we can set up up to two workstations with a folding desk (100x60cm) and an office chair in one of the bedrooms and/or in the living room.
Location
The apartment is part of a beautiful complex with 9 residential units in a quiet, well-kept residential area on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera.
The beautiful beach of Conil can be reached in ten minutes on foot along the nature reserve with a view of the river. The charming old town of Conil with its white alleys, typical tapas bars, and shops is also within walking distance. From the beach entrance, you can walk along the nature reserve towards Palmar, which is an absolute highlight in the area.
The highway entrance to the E5 and the N340 expressway are less than a 5-minute drive away. These connect you to numerous highlights on the Costa de la Luz, such as Vejer de la Frontera, Caños de Mecca, Barbate, Bolonia, Tarifa, Chiclana de la Frontera, and Cádiz in the other direction, all of which are within easy reach.
